L’inspiration from Anglesey. I’ve 6 sheets of blotting paper to work on. The first sheet has set me off to a good start. There is a lot to work on though. I need to decide whether texture is of importance. The first sheets pigments I used had a high shimmer/sparkle content to them so matter pigments shall be used on following sheets. The overall colour I feel needs to be far lighter. I was worried about overworking the first sheet but perhaps that would be key to a lighter and yet deeper feel after all the rocks photographed took years to get to the stunning state they are now in.
